Every return begins with the store or website where the item was purchased.

Follow the retailer’s online return process and select the return method offered to you. Depending on the retailer, you may receive a QR code, a printable shipping label or other return instructions.

Bring that information to UPV Shipping. We will identify the return type, help with label printing when needed and make sure a prepaid package is directed to the correct available carrier.

Happy Returns allows eligible purchases from participating retailers to be returned through a convenient Return Bar process.

FedEx Easy Returns

Eligible retailers may provide a FedEx Easy Returns QR code instead of requiring you to print a shipping label at home.

  • Complete the retailer’s return process
  • Select the eligible FedEx return option
  • Bring the QR code on your phone
  • Bring the item and all required parts
  • Follow the retailer’s packing instructions
Important: Not every FedEx return is an Easy Return. Use the exact method shown in the retailer’s instructions.

Bring eligible return packages that already have a valid prepaid UPS shipping label.

  • Print or email the UPS return label
  • Remove or cover old shipping labels
  • Use suitable packaging
  • Seal the package securely
  • Bring the complete package to the counter

We accept eligible packages prepared with a valid prepaid FedEx return label.

  • Use the label supplied by the retailer
  • Confirm that the label identifies FedEx
  • Package the item as instructed
  • Remove old carrier labels and barcodes
  • Seal the package before tendering it

Prepaid Postal Label

USPS Returns

Return packages displaying a valid prepaid United States Postal Service return label can also be brought to UPV Shipping.

  • Use the USPS label provided by the retailer
  • Package and seal the return
  • Cover old labels and barcodes
  • Confirm the mailing address is visible
  • Bring the package during business hours
Check the label: The carrier name or logo should appear on the prepaid return label.

Log into your order, select the item being returned and follow the retailer’s return process.

Select Happy Returns, FedEx Easy Returns or a prepaid shipping label when one of those choices is offered.

Prepare the Item

Include all required parts, packaging, tags and accessories according to the retailer’s instructions.

Bring the Code or Label

Have the QR code available on your phone or attach the correct prepaid label to the sealed package.

Visit UPV Shipping

Bring everything to our Pennsburg counter during normal business hours.

Keep Your Receipt

Retain any receipt or confirmation provided until the retailer confirms that the return is complete.

If your retailer requires a printed label, send the complete label file to UPV Shipping.

Attach the original PDF or image provided by the retailer whenever possible. Screenshots may be difficult to size correctly or may omit important parts of the label.

Can I bring a prepaid USPS return?

Do you currently accept Amazon QR-code returns?

Not yet. We expect to offer Amazon Returns in the future and will update our website when the service becomes available.

Can you print my return label?

Yes. Email the prepaid label to label@upvshipping.com and include your name so we can locate it when you arrive.

Does my item need to be packed?

Follow the retailer’s instructions. Some QR-code returns may not require customer packaging, while prepaid shipping-label returns generally must be properly boxed and sealed.

Can you pack the return for me?

Yes. Professional packing is available for an additional charge. We also sell boxes and packing supplies for customers who prefer to pack their own returns.

Can you issue my refund?

No. Refunds, exchanges, return eligibility and processing times are controlled by the retailer. Contact the retailer with refund questions.

Should I keep my receipt?

Yes. Retain any available receipt, tracking information or return confirmation until the retailer confirms the return and refund.

Can you create a return label for me?

A retailer return should normally use the label or return method supplied by the retailer. When no prepaid option is provided, we may be able to create a regular paid shipment, but retailer authorization and refund eligibility remain your responsibility.
